OCC is dedicated to facilitating people-to-people communication between the State of Oregon and China. We are a conduit to assist Oregon state and local governments, cultural and educational institutions and businesses in developing positive relations with our Sister States of Fujian Province and Tianjin Municipality, the Chinese Consulate in San Francisco and China's people.
